You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when creating your workspace.

3. Copyright, Originality, and User Responsibility

• Your submitted designs must be original and must not infringe on the copyright or intellectual property rights of any other designer or third party.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your designs are not owned by or copied from any other designer or entity.
• You may use trends and standards for inspiration, but you may not directly copy any other design, nor use unique combinations or patterns belonging to others.
• You must not submit designs that replicate the same pattern or distinctive elements of someone else’s work.
• You take full responsibility for any copyright infringement or intellectual property violation arising from your submissions.
• DesignerApp only works with the materials and designs you provide. We do not verify originality or ownership and accept no responsibility for the content you submit.
• We are not liable for any issues, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your designs or patterns. It is your responsibility to test and adjust any patterns according to your needs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with platform performance, or uploading unlawful or harmful content.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

If your plan includes paid features, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel your account at any time through your workspace settings.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or via email.
